EDMONTON, Alta. – Canada’s National Junior Team wrapped up the preliminary round with a perfect 4-0 record and secured first place in Group A at the 2022 IIHF World Junior Championship after defeating Finland 6-3 on Monday.

 Tyson Foerster rounded out the scoring for Canada with his second goal of the tournament putting Canada ahead, 2-0, on the power play. Canada outshot Finland 36-25.
